We want you to be happy with your purchase from SONOMA. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please make sure to take a video while opening your parcel. You can then use said video as proof if you ever receive missing/damaged/wrong items. NO VIDEO, NO RESEND OR REPLACEMENT
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • To initiate a return, please email contact@wearsonoma.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards Accessories or undergarments
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method via HitPay within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or color differences (subject to availability).
  • Contact us before returning the item to confirm stock.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos for verification.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or HitPay. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@wearsonoma.com .
