Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or Philippine public holidays.
- Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking details.
Domestic Shipping (Philippines)
- We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners such as J&T Express, LBC, and JRS Express.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Within NCR region: 3 to 5 business days
- Outside NCR region and other provincial areas: 7 to 10 business days
- Remote or Island areas: Up to 15 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on weather conditions, courier load, and local restrictions.
International Shipping
- We also offer international delivery to selected countries.
- Delivery usually takes 15 to 20 business days, depending on customs clearance and courier processing in your country.
- International shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
- Please note that import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Delivery Issues

- We will coordinate with the courier to assist in tracking and resolving the issue.
SONOMA TRADERS INC. is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, courier service interruptions, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disturbances or lockdowns.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before checkout.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.
Damaged or Missing Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Missing or lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the courier.
Order Changes or Cancellations
- Orders can only be changed or canceled within 3 hours of placement.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or rerouted.
